I can not upload an avatar

I can only access the site through my android phone which may be the problem. I have tried many times to upload my avatar but, no upload button shows up. I even downloaded the app with no luck....it is in Chinese so no help there. Can someone help me?

I wish i could help but i am having the same problem, i have no settings button, im on a tabletUpdate, I found if I scroll down to bottom of page there is a button  "pc edition" if you click that you get more options, no upload button yet, but Im still trying

I havent looked at the app yet but I found when I went on my laptop I could do it so yay!

If you use the app puffin browser you can upload an avatar. I did it that way ;). I gived you the possibility to use a mouseclick and touchscreen so you can browse in your cameraroll or library. Good luck!
