Download timed out and charged twice

This happened to me yesterday, when trying to download a couple of patterns the downloaded process seemed very slow too.

For some patterns tho you do have to pay twice. You pay the price the uploader has set and for all downloads you pay 30 coins to Pindiy. If a pattern is in sections then the uploader can chose to charge for each section separately and Pindiy will take 30 coins for each section too so with a 3 part pattern you could end up with 6 lots of coins coming from your account - 90 of which go to Pindiy!

Thank you but that is not the issue in this case.  I am aware that each section has a download price but this thread was in reference to a glitch causing time out errors which instructed that I refresh which resulted in being charged for the download a second time.
