Download timed out and charged twice

Hello,
Im new to the site but have been really enjoying seeing all the wonderful projects and inspirations.


I just ran into a small issue when I was doing a download that has 3 parts. Part I gave me a time out error message and said to refresh to retry transaction. It charged me twice for the download. No big deal, went on to part 2 and it too gave me a time out error message and said to refresh to retry. I was again charged twice. Two downloads and instead of 30 coins each they were 60 each. Not sure if I will have better luck with part 3 but this is an expensive download.

Is there any way to receive back the additional coins charged?

I think its a temporary glitch. Ive been experiencing the same since a couple of hours.
I wait a bit and then I see if things improve.

I have the same problem, timeout or database error and charged twice. Could it be possible to check and solve it?

Yes, I experienced this with the two download I had yesterday.  I did not check to see if I was charged twice but I will now :-)

I have a same.
I click buy button and also click payed attachment button.
They took coin and doesnt download.
So when I click again, start download and charge double.
I dont understand. Is this normal? or not?

It is not normal. As far as I can tell (Im new here) this is a glitch. The lag issue resolved itself for me today and Im able to download without having to refresh. I believe the refresh is causing the second charge.

It resolved itself so unfortunately I am not able to offer a solution. Hopefully you will not be impacted by this for long.
