Oh, now that’s a question that feels like asking which grandkid you love the most—each yarn has its own special charm! But if I had to pick, I’d say I mostly reach for a good, soft wool—something that’s warm, a bit springy, and just downright cozy. There’s something so satisfying about knitting with wool that feels like a warm hug from the inside out. That said, I never say no to a bit of cotton for lighter projects or a luxurious alpaca when I’m feeling fancy.
