Explaning giftcard.

I have a question, I buy one giftcard for 20 coins.
10 are hidden, left 10 coins to forgive, what happens with the hidden coins?
I buy two cards in a week, because the coins fly away. I thought I get 20 coins to forgive.
Can one of the moderators explain it to me, I find it not very clear.
Sorry I asked so much, but if you dont understand something you can always aked a moderator.

You learn when you ask questions so its fine.  You ask the moderators if none of us have the answers, they are suppose to have the answers. However, you have to go into "My Problem" site for a moderator to answer you so you might want to post your question there.  I have always purchased 20 and used 20 giftcards.

I too am always confused by this.  I know Ive purchased red cards and some members have received gifts but I just dont quite understand the terms i.e., hidden.  I used to think it meant the gift was on my site for those interested in "finding" it (thus the term hidden until someone goes to your site) but now Im not so certain.

I have the same problem. I buy a gift card and there is only 10 coins to give.
Dont know where the 10 hidden coins go to?

I send a question to the moderator, but have no answer yet,
I did another atempt to buy a gift card and still 10 coins to for give, I return it but lost still 10 coins.
It was meant for members with not a lot of coins, because they are a beginner, but I noticed that people with a lot of coins still picked one, that is not good, they must think I have already enough, I think.
