Hi! Vintersol deducted coins twice for download?

New here so sorry if this isnt the right spot to ask...but my first download deducted twice the amount from my coins?

I never got a download page so I went back to the pattern page again, clicked on it to download finally gave me a link page but it deducted twice.

Is there a way to get the coins back?

Afraid to download another :(

Its not wrong, thats the way it is
paid 30 for the download (this price is fixed according to the category) and then 30 more for the file (this price is defined by whoever puts the pattern on sale)

if you put your mouse over the file it will look like this whole information

You have not enough coins for download a pattern, earn first enough coins before you download anything. You get not your coins back. :)

                            second click: 30 copins for the system

and you can download again for free if you need it.

What confused me is the cost and download cost were the same.

Now I know what to look for and to hover over download to see total.

Just need more yarn now :)

I did, I just didnt realize there is a cost and a download cost so the deduction was correct.

Yes, you pay for the pattern and pay for the download, 2 diferent values :)
