Security Warning Box

The last couple days Ive been getting a security warning pop up box on the lower right hand of my screen.  Says something like  "Current Login location: US, Last Login location: Ukraine" (Or Spain last time...)  Ive never had this happen before, and now twice this week.  Has anyone else been getting this recently?  Is it possible these are false positives?

Edit: Oh and yes I feel like I should say that Ive been changing my password each time too!
