It is up to members to notify the moderators by adding a note to the post that the paid version has been uploaded because we all volunteer our time on this site.

I see said the blind man.  Id be pretty upset with the person who has it on Ravelry for free and charges on Etsy!  Id be contacting Etsy and finding out why I had to pay when others got it for free.  Im amazed the moderators changed it since I reported a free item that was posted above the 10 GC and nothing was done.  They do a pretty good job considering theyre all volunteers and we should have some understanding and patience - we all make mistakes.  Thanks for the explanation Strawberry Cat - it was concise and to the point - well explained.
