I have a question about pricing of posted patterns does the moderater  have the final say of how much something is or does the poster?

Most of the time the poster gives the price.
But when you ask too much according to your level,the system will change.
When you post a free pattern and the price is more than 10 pin, the moderator will change it to 10 pin.

It also depends on your level. The higher your level, the pricier your tag can be.
