Painting fairy task?

Is anyone else missing the weekly Painting Fairy task?
It was the only reliable way to collect pins and download patterns that wasn't painstakingly slow, as the other tasks have low pin returns; if this is a permanent decision and not a bug, this will result in users reducing their interactions with the site ...

Me han comentado que el task de cumpleaños también ha sido eliminado, es triste porque justo hoy es mi cumpleaños y no alcancé a obtenerlo ahora

Thanks for the heads up. I just found out about the ebooks section too and I have a ton of art books I might scan and upload for peeps! Some are old some are newer. I think I even have old torrent files hanging around of digital ones.
