I use plastic sticks or a thick wire wrapped with scotch tape. But the idea of curlers I really liked,  need to try!:)

I have used the old fashioned type of curlers, the brush type. They are sturdy and bend somewhat. Also, I have used stuffed toilet paper rolls. Just cut them to size and tape them afterwards. Thanks for your ideas also:)

я использую проволоку 1,5-2 см диаметра. в руки, ноги и шею. Но у меня куклы маленькие. В большую удобно бигуди, как писали выше
