Download Issues

I have paid the coins for the following cross stitch patterns, but when I click the links for downoad I get a message that I need to pay again.

Yes that's right.  You have to pay first for the amount the uploader has asked for and then the second amount which is 30 coins is for PINDIY itself.  So you pay the uploader and the site.

maybe i've understood  your problem. When you must pay for a pattern, you have to pay twice, fistr payment is for the author, who gets coins from your payment, the second payment is for the forum, it's a 30 gold coin payment for downoad. Whenever you download a pattern you pay 30 gold coin

A member told me you must pay twice and that is normal.

Thank you everyone. It is making more sense. I think the first couple this happened with both the attachments and download were each 30 gold coin. So it looked like paying twice. Others are 50 and 30 and I see now.
