Well. I did it again. While on here the other day I found a pattern that I fell in love with (
http://www.chcrossstitch.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=42437&highlight=DMC%2BFun%2Bwith%2Bnumbers). You know what that means....I needed any additional supplies that I don't already have to complete YET ANOTHER piece. Have I mentioned that I am a perpetual starter. This just seemed too cute to do a large piece with all the numbers for my son's room. Went on 123crossstitch and ordered all the floss colours that I didn't have along with the fabric for this project and one I plan on doing in the future. I also ordered some Thread Heaven as it seems to be a go to for a lot of stitchers on here. Haven't used anything like it before but I figure it can't hurt considering how much tangled threads drive me crazy. I guess I should also mention that I haven't even finished my sons birth record yet and that I have been working on off and on for about 9 months. I'm just so close to finishing that I think I don't want to finish it?? Does that even make any sense?? I think that part of the problem is that the majority of work that still needs to be done is back stitching and back stitching is the bane of stitching as far as I am concerned. In any case, I plan on stitching the number piece 2/1 tented on 25 ct bone coloured Lugana fabric. My plan is to have all the numbers 1-10 in the piece and frame it. I figure that it will be a smaller task than the HAED I'm working on currently.
