I stitched this long before the pattern was put on this site.

I did not use the sewing machine, but I put together the 2 pieces by hand, wrong sides together, and then fringed the edges.

you can remove your machine stitching and do the same, it looks great that way.  I found something online that will show what I mean.  I hope this works!
