Hi, welcome to the forum. You have downloaded a repaint pattern (thats why it´s so expensive). You need a certain software to open it. You can buy this software or download a free test version or download it here by paying gold coins.
So I guess you first have to collect gold by doing your hourly tasks.
you can post your questions it the help section and a moderator will help you through.
