Hey, plasticlachesis, Im glad you got the program to work; but Ive had no luck getting the program to work AT ALL! The first time I did as
Aurora instructed, and it would only open for a few seconds and then turn itself off.  Ive tried the #4 steps, and when I click on the xstitch.exe file via the crack, it says ""file not found!" Theres no other app to click on thru the cracks browser screen, BTW.
I am also getting a screen at the end of the setup, asking for the 16,20,etc...digit product key. No one else has mentioned this..... Can anyone help?   Thanks!

Its not working on my computer.  I click on the icon, the program seems to open, I see a work area and then it moves quickly to a straw like image and then closes.  The 2 rar files seem to be duplicates, with the second having a read me and crack and the first with the same and the exe file.  I have followed your instructions and even downloaded the rars again after deleting everything.  I do get a screen during installation asking for the code.  Thats when I drop the crack into the shortcut.  Help!:(

I just wasted my gold on this and it will not work on my computer. Followed your instructions to a T and all it does is open to full screen for 2 seconds and closes the program right back down.

hmmm.... I think it might be just me...

I followed the instructions including the following.
1- disconnected from internet.
2- I installed the program.
3- dragged the crack.exe to the folder where I installed the program
4- launched the crack.exe file, browsed to the xstitch.exe icon.
5- Hit the open button on the browse window.
6- a pop message appears saying, cannot locate the file.


Please ignore my post -- I got it to work...

I just had to right click on the crack file and click "Run as Administrator" to get it to work

Does this work with windows 8? I want to stitch the flower in my avatar as a large cross stitch, but none of the free progrgams will do a good job of converting it!
