Christmas Ornaments For Family

I made some Christmas ornaments to give out to family along with the presents. I stitched them on 14 ct aida 3 threads. I got the patterns here Lamp Post and Boot. I finished them by stitching little xs in three of the corners and a grommet for ribbon or hanger. The backing is stiff felt. Its easy to stitch through to hold them together.

I used beading for the snow falling rather than french knots (which I stink at doing)

Oooh, they are lovely! Great idea using the grommet to attach ribbon to! I dont like french knots either, beads are a great alternative and look great!
