Just FYI everyone. This is VERY expensive to make if you use the recommended materials (all silk yarns). I did, 5 years ago (still have it and get raves every time I wear it), and the yarns cost around $250.00 USD.

You could easily use other yarns, but for decent draping, if you want to go inexpensive, Id recommend something like Carons "Simply Soft" although you might have to use 2 strands as its thinner than the silk yarns recommended.

It was SUPER easy to crochet...only a little tricky (and time consuming) to add the floral embellishments. :)
