There is no image for the actual pattern (Long Legged Fairy pattern), but the issue is with the pattern creator, as thats how she has it shown on her site.
She used an embellished doll (Little Bo Peep), rather than creating the basic doll from the pattern, and showing that. I already had this, and was also confused...an irritated.
The only thing you can do is use your imagination/creativity/other patterns to create the accessories shown in the image (shepherds crook, amigurumi lamb, wings, etc.).
