I made this cute little dress for my niece. The pattern IS available for free, BUT first joining Celt’s Vintage Crochet Yahoo Group (groups DOT yahoo DOT com SLASH group SLASH celtsvintagecrochet... google it... posting urls not allowed) is required in order to access and download the Group Files. If you decide to join, after you are accepted, go to the Files section and look for Design 5614 in a folder named “A Surprise Pattern”.
