Ive downloaded it, and I dont know if it is turkish or something like that
and as I dont understand it, I ignore if all the instructions to crochet the doll are just in the single image that comes inside the zip file, or something is missing, is it complete? doesnt exist any english translation of terms in it?
if anybody can tell me this Id appreciate it

Decreasing = eksıltme =A^=eksıltme
İncreases = v=cogaltma
Ch = chain =z
FO = finish off =kapama
FLO = front loops only
BLO = back loops only
Hdc = half double crochet =trabzan
Slp st = slip stitch = cc =ilmak kaydırma
