Not a thing, After doing this stuff for a time you pick up tricks along the way, old patterns that needs parts, games missing parts all can be used again, with a little love, and time.
May sound odd from an old gothie cat but learning to knot was one of the most useful things I ever learned. That I got from two old time sailors for bait on sundays.
