I never saw it. Apparently, it seems to be a compilation of formers magazine (number 1, for instance, for the red hens). It appears to be a special issue, quite scarce, but without new charts;

Im not sure that this one was published.  I looked on their website and no mention of issue 19, not even to say out of stock.  Perhaps there was a printing or distribution problem.

Like another commenter has said this issue seems to be a compilation of some charts that appeared in earlier issues.  The chickens basket was in issue 1, the Broderie bag was in issue 2, the mistletoe heart was in issue 13.  Perhaps the only original charts would have been designed for the free gift frame kit.

If it was printed it would be very rare, hope someone has it!!
