These English instructions are in PDF form and have complete and detailed steps for making this awesome Eye Popping Beanie (sizes newborn to adult) and the matching scarf (size child to adult)

The only supplies needed in addition to different colored yarns and hooks is a yarn needle for sewing the pieces altogether. In time to be made for Halloween and even worn with a costume if its cold, this hat and scarf make a great gift for any occasion.
