-Size 10-1/2 [6.5 mm]: 16- 24" [40 - 60 cm] circular needle OR SIZE TO
  OBTAIN GAUGE  
-One stitch marker
-Row/Rnd counter
-Yarn tapestry needle
-Size J/10 [6.0 mm] crochet hook

"This cowl is nice and easy to wear. Knit in the round with pretty lace panels, finished top and bottom with rows of neat Garter stitch, and Eyelet holes along the top to thread the drawstring. Pom Poms are optional to embellish the drawstring ends and add a little whimsy. The drawstring makes the cowls fit adjustable to your daily moods."
