Loving the mice especially in the 2nd pic! But what exactly is a humbug?
Thank you R Lee! I didnt know what one was either until someone on here explained that it is a three-sided stitched triangle thats sewn together. In England I think, they called them humbugs....still dont know why. I just tried to do one last year and fell in love with them even though they are so tiny to work on. I messed up the first two attempts and sewed them backwards, lol! Had to take out all the stitches and re-do them, so I learned quickly to look first, then sew! Some of the little small items sit inside the ceramic owl and the bird when they are finished. At least one little berry sits inside Noella the bird as if she has eaten it, lol!
Just wish I had a very creative mind and could come up with stuff like that!
Thats right! I remembered you had the pattern too. Well, I hope mine looked ok. Im new at the humbug stuff. I had never heard of a humbug until I came on this site, lol!
