how old when you first starting stitching

I was 11 when i first learned to cross stitch, and fell in love with it

Yo comencé con 14 años. En mi juventud lo abandone, pero comencé de nuevo a los 30 años. A partir de ahí, idas y venidas. Hoy a los 50 años no solo hago punto de cruz, tambien me he aficionado a la confección de ropa, punto con dos agujas y crochet.

I think I was about 9 years old. But I learned to do a perfect back only in 2001.

I was about 5.  My mom taught me to stitch needlepoint on large-holed plastic canvas with yarn and a big plastic needle.  My skills grew from there!

I think I was about 8 - I remember doing a petty point brooch for a Christmas present for my grandmother. :) It was hard!!

I first started stiching when Im 11. At  that time I do not know what its called, I just knew that it was a cute keymark then I bought it and made first stiches.

Well, it was a few months ago so I was 22. My mom gave me a kit as a gift actually since she thought I would like it. And she was right!
