I saw this design in Cross Stitch & Country Crafts about 20 years ago and stitched it. When my sister sent it to me, along with all of my cross stitch thread, I decided to track down the companion piece and stitch it as well. Its not finished yet, but the deisgn is as wonderful as I remembered it.

This is not a recent photo. Ive done much more work since this was taken.
