I did the companion piece over 20 years ago and these colors seem much brighter than the other but just as lovely.

Really coming out great. Sometimes I will backstitch areas that can be done before all the stitching is done so you get that feeling of this is really going to be beautiful or not too much longer and it will be done :)
I sometimes dread the back stitching. Doing it as Im going along helps with placement of other elements, but also makes the end seem much closer.
