Try again with part 2 - the system should not take any more coins from you if you already paid 30 coins, i.e. 10 for pattern and 20 for download. THe system knows that you downloaded it already and allows you to re-download again for free for some time. I also had this problem with other patterns that different parts would not download or downloaded incomplete. I had to try several times to get the whole pattern.
