Thanks for sharing. In the thread card, there are 2 rows of symbols - one for using 2 strands and another for 1 strand.  There are handwritten thread numbers next to the row for strand :

1) are the thread numbers DMC ?

2) are the thread numbers the same for both columns ? for example + is 745 2 strands; - is 745 1 strand ?

3) the entire design uses 17 colours only ?
