My latest project in the making...

Hi all. This is the first project Ive started in a couple years and Im so happy to be back stitching again. This pattern is called the Finery of Nature and Ive wanted to stitch it for years. Its OOP but was a Dimensions Gold kit at one time. There are always 1 or 2 up for auction on Ebay, but they always wanted $75 or more for it. I found this site while doing a search for the pattern and low and behold I found it here! Ill update again when I get another half square or more stitched. There are four squares in all and this is the first one. Does it look okay? Like I said, its been several years since Ive picked up a needle but disability and boredom brought me back to the love of CS. Here is what the finished product will look like.

Thanks for the encouragement everyone! It sure helps. I pretty much remember everything but it takes that practice to get back into the swing of things. Just hope Im up for it,hehehe.

Fabulous design!  I know how you feel, when I found out Windswept Santas Tree Skirt was discontinued I did pay over $75 for it as I still have the ornament patterns to go with it so it would be a complete collection.  Then I realized they had the individual Santa pictures which I found on here.
