Absolutely beautiful!  You did a fantastic job!  When I do the birth samplers I do their first and middle names, the date, time and weight.  If you were not planning on doing all this info you may want to add it all :)  Other than that I will think about it because I did see I really nice saying but now I have to remember WHERE I saw it :)

I do like the idea of the name and weight and height, but maybe a little poem or saying would be something she will enjoy even into the dreaded teens.. when your not a baby anymore. just a thought, maybe even a saying you love or will say a lot to her. have fun and show us more pictures when your done :)

If you havent decided on a verse yet, maybe just "welcome to the family" or "precious child" or "welcome baby". Make it bigger and then you can cross stitch it rather than use back stitch for smaller writing.
