Bayeaux Tapestry

This came out some years ago as a limited edition kit.It`s done in what they called "bayeaux stitch",with back-stitch details.It`s fairly close to the actual size of the original.

Really neat looking. I looked up bayeaux stitch, still not quite sure what it is. It looks like long stitches with little cross threads holding them in place, is this correct? You did a great job.
