I really love this design. I bought the chart at a small school supply store. Borders are not included in the pattern. I just added it because my fabric is too short, the reason why i cant frame it. I just put an illustration board at the back to support the fabric and wrapped it with a plastic cover. I never knew this will turned out to be this lovely!

This came out great... you can attach this to fabric and then frame it. I use the double sided sticky tape for scrapbooking. and then you can use decorative buttons or do another small border around it.
