very beautiful work! :) I love this design and designer. I have it in a book but have yet to stitch it for anyone. lucky grandma with 5 grandkids congrats and enjoy! :loveliness:

Lovely work. I considered that pattern for the last birth sampler I made but I thought it would be too hard and take too long. I think I'm regretting that decision now - yours looks great! How long did it take you?

I think I made the right call then. I only had about 4 or 5 weeks. It is such a lovely pattern I might make one just in case there is another baby in the family. And let someone else do the backstitch  Post time 2014-1-14 10:06

It is a lovely pattern. I started it in October and finished it mid-December and I am a very slow stitcher! It fit in a 81/2 by 11 frame, it's not big at all. The backstitching took the most time.  Post time 2014-1-14 09:07
