Thanks! Ive been trying to download this, but keep running into errors. I downloaded all the parts and unrar-ed them, to give the pdf, but the pdf wont open (error message says the file is damaged and cant be repaired), so I figured there was an error in one of the downloaded parts, so I deleted everything and re-downloaded them all fresh, but the error persists. Ive tried unpacking with 3 different un-rar tools, and that makes no difference either. The resulting pdf is always "damaged and cant be repaired" - can anyone help with this one, as Im out of ideas on how to get this to work. Thanks in advance :-)
