The heart applique was only included in the sweater pattern but I am adding it here.  She does not include the shamrock or the curls in the pattern.

Designers notes:
What a wonderfully versatile hat this is… oh and because it had that girly feel, I added a cute little purse for all the little fashionistas out there! I love the feather-like band on this hat and so repeated it in the purse too. The floppy hat has that soft, feminine feel, while the beanie is perfect for boys or girls. This hat can take on different personalities and is perfect to accessorize for holidays and special occasions.
Pattern includes instructions for both brims, a bow and a flower applique.

The hat is available in sizes from Newborn to Adult and works up very quickly
