Yeah, got my dmc to make the Old World Map.
Now saving some money, so I can buy the fabric!

So many beautiful colours!! You decide this selection or a pattern list helps?
Old World Map is a good idea. Some are made from silk for soldiers.

The pattern is 450 x 376 stitches! So, I hope this 130 skeins are enough!
Now only need to find some courage to start...

Going on the colours in your parcel, the picture does not do the design justice. The colours you have look a lot brighter than those shown in the picture, it will look stunning.
I have this chart in my stash but have never got round to stitching it and I dont think I ever will.
Look forward to seeing your progress, maybe it will give me the inspiration to want to stitch this design.
