This is for the pattern o make this District 12 Cowl, similar to the one seen on Katniss Everdeen from “Catching Fire”. It is an Intermediate pattern. You need to know how to sc, herringbone dc, slip stitch and that’s it! This project is rigorous on your hands, so prepare yourself!
