My son, who is now 33, asked me one evening for some fabric and threads - he gave me a list of threads he needed but would not tell me what they were for. I passed him the items and off he went and secreted himself in his bedroom. It was not until the day after when he showed me what he had done, at 14 years old he had designed this cross stitch himself - not sure why she has shoes and pants on lol but I was quite proud of the fact that he wanted to do this - I might have preferred a car but well you know what 14 year old lads are like lol x
