They're both very nice card! Also, maybe you can use fusible interfacing to make your stitching more ...

I never thought about that!  I will do that next time I work with evenweave for cards, though I doubt I'll do it again soon, lol.  I work much faster with aida when it comes to these small project, and they mount much nicer.  But I like your idea!
