Hi, out there,
not so far I had to make an exchange parcel with an unknown pen friend in South Africa. All I knew was that she loves roses - in her garden she has about 140 bushes of them! We agreed that our parcels would cost about ten Euro, and so I had really hard to think about what I could send her for this amount from Russia. I looked for a typically product with its original character. And I wanted to make a surprise to a rose lover. So the idea was born: I decided to make a set of Russian linen tablecloth: four napkins and a tablerunner with hand printed roses in four different colours according to the original colours of Russian folk art.
Now it´s finished, and I want to introduce to you the results of my work. The parcel is on its way, but I can´t wait to show my work!:-)
Hope you like, and more that - hope my pen pal will like it, too! :-)
