Its not designed by KinsieWoolShop, theyre just selling it. Its a pattern from an old Coats and Clark Book #209.

You can get the whole book on Amazon or eBay for the price Kinsie is charging.

But if it were me - its just a bunch of pom poms sewn to a basic crochet fabric. You could easily look up any pillow size, sc or dc the fabric to go to size, and then make pom poms to cover it.
