I am making elsa from the pattern you posted..... some notes I want to mention... the second row says to "inc" no explanation nothing in the abreviations either. I finally figured out what was being asked..... and increase where you add a second stitch in the same spot. I am wating on the creator of the pattren to answer how long should the plastic tube be for the neck.... stay tuned for my finished project!

I got word back on the lendth of the plastic tube..... it should extend from about the nose inside the head to the breast area. You can use a pair od scissors to cut away the fiber fill for the tube to be inserted into the head. Make sure you stuff the head tightly to do the felting of the eyes.
