I love this design and remember seeing it a long time ago.

I have the feeling looking at Charlene Mullens work that she is a textile designer and her designs are created for clients who can then mass produce her designs for home decor products like cushions and chair seats etc.  This could be machine embroidery and not available as a chart per se.  Just my suspicion, I could be wrong!!
