I have made Kathleen Early dolls years ago and I didnt like the outcome. The doll called for worsted and an H hook...big holes on fabric. The face came out weird and was unusable. I suggest using a smaller hook. I also didnt like using the thick worsted weight yarn. I have not made this particular doll.
