If your post is in the Bounty Area, its explained in the main page of that forum. If its in the upload forum, its because its not yet been moderated

Thank you for the explanation but Im afraid I still dont understand why I cant learn what level I have to achieve to see/download a pattern. Or how to become a member of a particular group to be able to see the pattern. Its frustrating a little bit.
