"Every member is allowed to share their patterns only with higher levels. Move your mouse over the file" Does this mean someone who is DIY 3 can't share with DIY1 for instance?
Thank you for the explanation but I'm afraid I still don't understand why I can't learn what level I have to achieve to see/download a pattern. Or how to become a member of a particular group to be able to see the pattern. It's frustrating a little bit.
