I really dont know if its just me, but the second file seems to be broken. Ive downloaded several times, and each time I unzip the file, it says the part 2 is broken/not there.

It worked for me. Try putting the attachments in a folder and extracting the first one only. You get two PDF files.  Post time 2016-3-16 09:26

Im sorry, but Ive tried three different extractors and none can get the 2nd file.  May I ask what program youre using? The first file, no problem, the second part (whether I use the part 1 or 2 file) says its not there.  I have no difficulty downloading them, just extracting.

Thank you so much!. I was using 7Zip and it just would not unzip the part 2. I tried winrar and told it to ignore broken files. Thank you again, that was seriously driving me crazy!!  Post time 2016-3-17 02:43

Error Type: duplicate files
Error description: download is in 2 parts, but both parts are the same. The pattern is complete in one file, so I basically paid twice for the same thing

It is not duplicate... "syncheronize archive content"... it means part.1 not working without part.2 ... Both file must extract together ...  Post time 2016-3-21 09:29
