Hmm.. I downloaded both, as I did with other archives from this site
But for this particular one ...

Ive installed WinRAR and I still receive an error: Checksum error in NOA 459.pdf. File is corrupt.

Could you please download both rar file again(they are free to you for a week like that situations) Open them together in one file with winrar
